SARAH PAZ HYDE
Founder & Facilitator at Super Bloom Life
Sarah Paz Hyde became mesmerized by the handpan in 2016. She had neither heard nor seen it before, and yet this intuitive instrument reshaped her life, and brought her back to her first musical loves — the violin and her voice. Sarah uses musical-expression as a self-healing tool; and in 2019 began organizing her first gathering with Super Bloom Life. Sarah is also a fine art photographer and graphic design.
Super Bloom Life organizes events based on gathering calmUNITY together to creatively explore life beyond the confines of the mind. With the handpan as our guide, we’ve hosted two women’s handpan gatherings since 2020, our time together centered around supporting the journey of women interested in exploring their musical voices via this intuitive instrument. Occurring at Peace Temple, in the Catskills Mountains near Hancock, NY, women are invited to gather. The ultimate act of intimacy is getting to know your voice... Super Bloom with us 💜 These gatherings support the healing journey by building commUNITY based safe spaces to explore our creative selves. We can go further when we gather, hand-in-hand, together. “In any moment, one note, rooted in my core, is enough to break through the void & resurface my true voice. That’s the purity and peace that music gifts me, when I listen and remember to play.”
